How To Avoid "The Configuration Is Already Locked" Message Of OM ATP

Goal
We see the following in our OM order form
NAV: Order Management / Orders / Sales Orders
1. Open order - while still in header section - click Availability button
2. Messages screen pops up with "The Configuration is already locked" it references line 10.1.7 and item - xxxxx
3. Click continue and and see no real impact from this message.
4. Go t Line 10 reported in the error and check Availability for just that line and no error occurs
OM debug log shows
Calling cto_utility_pk.lock_for_match: end time: 05/26/2021 08:52:09
l_lock_status = 4: ALREADY LOCKED ERROR
