NMS Responds With "AVL Interface Is Disabled" Even When Enabled (Doc ID 2784349.1)

NMS responds with "AVL interface is disabled" even when it is enabled in the CES_PARAMETERS table based on the Adapters Guide.

Sent the following message to NMS multispeak adapter, it returns the message saying "AVL interface is disabled".
1. Message to NMS:

Initial testing

The cesejb.ear and the nms-multispeak.ear are located in the same managed server.

The same problem can occur if the cesejb.ear and the nms-multispeak.ear are deployed to separate managed servers.
