Error: Could Not Invoke Method CloneProjectBP - When Attempting to Create Projects Manually or via Project Creation BP (Doc ID 2784597.1)

When attempting to create projects manually or via Project Creation Business Process (BP), project creation BP will not route to the End step and create projects.
The following error occurs.

file:///shell/action.xml:2323: Could not invoke method cloneProjectBP.

Cannot create a project by copying a template - getting System Could Not Process your Request error.
Could not invoke method cloneProjectBP.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Try to manually create a Project
  3. Notice the error generated
