Argus Report Cleanup Service Removes The Interchange Service Files (Doc ID 2784798.1)

Symptoms

On the interchange server, Argus Report Cleanup Service is running and all the interchange service files (config, dll and exe etc) are stored in C:\Oracle\Argus\InterchangeService for example.

When starting the interchange service on this server, the interchange service files including as exe, dll, config were removed from C:\Oracle\Argus\InterchangeService.
