On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control Applications (NCC), 4.4.1 version,

Here callers to their service do not hear ringback when their call is terminating to an answer point after having selected a menu option while interacting without Specialised Resource Point (SRP). This issue is due to their Service Logic Controller (SLC) servers are not passing provisional response "180 Ringing" whenever the SRP is involved in a call.

Here they need for the SLC to pass on the 180 Ringing for this scenario to the A side of the call. Between they have noticed that, if the B side responds with 183 - Session Progress with Session Description Protocol (SDP) and the B side is playing ringback, that the SLC will pass a RE-INVITE to the A side with the SDP information, so that the A side hears ringback. This is affecting customers coming on board who use the NCC services that include the use of their SRP for Prompt and Collect operations.

How to resolve this issue?
