Client Adresse Screen Contexual Variable Not Working Properly

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is an issue with the client's address screen where contextual variables are not working properly. Use the Client:Clientguid to find and calculate value to determine whether or not to display some fields.
But... Since Client:ClientGuid returns null on new address, fields that should be displayed are not. When you are on a existing address it works.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contextual variable should work as suposed to.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use CLIENT:CLIENTGUID in a new address. The contextual variable will return null
