Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Service Alert

After Logging in to ServiceAlert, none of the tabs appear to have any data and this exception appears in the log file:

2021-06-01 14:15:11,907 [AWT-EventQueue-1] ERROR com.splwg.oms.client.BaseEnvironmentManager: java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException
java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException: null
at com.sun.proxy.$Proxy32.executeSQLQuery(Unknown Source) ~[?:?]
at com.splwg.oms.client.sql.corba.DBSConnection.executeQuery(DBSConnection.java:49) ~[nms_client.jar:?]
at com.splwg.oms.client.sql.corba.DBSStatement.executeQuery(DBSStatement.java:30) ~[nms_client.jar:?]
at com.splwg.oms.client.my.MyCentricityDBConnector.executeQuery(MyCentricityDBConnector.java:65) ~[nms_client.jar:?]

No other errors appeared in the managed server logs or out files, nor were there any errors in the NMS service logs.

They then enabled JDBC debug in the managed server, via the Weblogic Console:

  1. From the main page, select Environment > Servers
  2. Click on the server name
  3. Click on the Debug tab
  4. Scroll down to "JDBC".
  5. Click the checkbox.
  6. Press the "Enable" button at the top of the screen.
NOTE: Depending on how you have your managed server configured, you do NOT need to restart the managed server for the debug to go into effect.

They then reproduced the issue and checked the managed server log:
