STEPS:
-----------
1. Converted the Service Provider, Master SA and Sub SA and the SA Relationship data based on the configuration.
2. While running the VAL-SARL (Validate SA Relationship) batch job, getting error for all the relationships that we have converted.
3. We also tried to create a new SA Relationship from the CC&B application, but those records also went into error.
