ConnectivityManager.generateCustomConnectivityIdentifier Calculation Error

Symptoms
When you develop a custom ruleset to calculate the Custom Identification of a connectivity (ruleset customConnectivityIdentifierRule excuted INSTEAD of ConnectivityManager.generateCustomConnectivityIdentifier) you get two errors:
1. A Network/Entity Location (getANetworkLocationEntityCode) and Z Network/Entity Location (getZNetworkLocationEntityCode) you retrieve are null.
2. Whether you need to concatenate a custom caracteristics, the ruleset is not invoked when you change it
When you actually create the connectivity, the identifier is properly calculated.
