'Data Entry Error : ' Message appears when trying to open a CRF window (when using the 'Google Chrome', 'Edge Chromium' Browsers). (Doc ID 2786121.1)

Symptoms

1)
RDC 5.2.1: 'Data Entry Error : ' message appears when trying to open a CRF window after previously:

i.e

After pressing [OK] on the above error message then it is not possible to open any Data Entry Windows (clicking on a CRF cell does nothing).

Issue happens when using the following browsers:

The following error appears in the '<server>_OPA_1-diagnostic.log' file:

oracle.pharma.rdc.de.exception.IllegalOperationException: The operation opencrf is illegal. Reason is: Maximum number of CRFs (3) are open for the user

A secondary issue which can also be seen after closing a CRF window using the browsers 'red x' button is the following message appears when clicking on the [Add Visit Page] or [Add Other Page] buttons:

One or more data entry windows are open. To complete this action, close all data entry windows
