Transformation Install Fails With Unhandled User-Defined Exception (Doc ID 2786155.1)

Symptoms

A transformation install failed. The error in the logs shows the following:

Error from OWB/CDR DB Server-PLSQL Operator:  statement:"begin <CDR Schema>.PLSQL_UTIL_PROG_PKG.PROCESSPLSQLUTILJOB ; end;"  caught:java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
