Checkboxes Showing As Unchecked For Non Boolean Values In BCC Promotions (Doc ID 2786173.1)

Symptoms

This article describes an issue with creating custom promotions in the BCC, no specific logging to focus on this is more of a UI issue 

 

Symptom: Check boxes are not persisting the values or displaying existing values when trying to use these booleans with custom promotions.

 

 

        Steps to Reproduce
        ------------------------

  1. Navigate to BCC
  2. Customize promotions to have custom check boxes
  3. Check/tick the custom checkboxes having non boolean values
  4. Save the promotion
  5. On opening the item with the checkboxes, it will not show the checkboxes as checked

 

Changes

 Recent upgrade to 11.3.2 or other similar changes to the environment
