Goal

Customer have upgraded the interim Patch of Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) from (ECE 12.0 Patch Set 3, Interim patch 4 (PS3 IP4) to (ECE 12 PS 3 IP5), getting errors while restarting the ECE. CustomerUpdater is starting.
