Request for adding Division as parameter to PUPL job

There is a need to run payment batches by division (ASO & FI). There will be additional divisions in future. Client is looking for running batches independently by division. Current PUPL job does not have Division as a parameter which prevents them from achieving this.
An issue with batch for one division should not  impact the other batch. Successor accounting jobs are separate for FI and ASO divisions. There is a need to have dependency of ASO accounting job on its corresponding ASO PUPL job. With no provision on passing division parameter to PUPL, these accounting jobs get dependent on completion of PUPL jobs for both divisions.
Apart from division, if File Type cd can also be a parameter then it would give more granular level flexibility to run the jobs in parallel.
