Cannot access OC or RDC 5.2.2 URL - 'This site can't provide a secure connection' (Doc ID 2787292.1)

Symptoms

  1. You had upgraded Oracle Clinical from version 5.2.1 to 5.2.2

  2.  All the processes were started successfully.

  3. Trying to access OC (Oracle Clinical) or RDC (Oracle Clinical Remote Data Capture Option) URL's it gives the below error:

    This site can not provide a secure connection
    <SERVER_NAME>.<DOMAIN> sent an invalid response.

    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
