Invalid Path in Patch 32309087 (Doc ID 2787520.1)

While trying to deploy patch 32675015, it was a prerequisite to deploy patch 32309087 first. However, the patch includes an invalid directory inside.

The example in this case:
"/quest/sie/bugs/<USER_NAME>/7.5/perl-5.30.3/7.5/linux/", which is used a Perl location.

This results in an incorrect compilation of Perl modules.
