New actions are not working in transaction filtering

Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Configure new satus in pmf.
Step 2 : Post a swift message and generate the new alert.
Step 3 : Take action on the new alert for the new action.
Expected result :
Action must be allowed and alert must be changed to new status.
Actual result :
User unable to take action on alerts and pmf flow is not happening.
PMF new status has been configured.
