EOD Job failed with error (Doc ID 2787565.1)

Symptoms

BIP cluster is not handling the requests submitted by OFSLL as expected between nodes. When the Job ID got submitted by OFSLL , it was send to Node-A but BIP internally moved the request to Node-B for processing. And after few minutes the Job fails with the below error.

getScheduledReportOutputInfo failure due to Invalid jobInstanceID

E.g: Job ID 65128 was submitted to Server 1 but BIP internally assigned it to Server 2 based on the routing algorithm..
