Defaulting Item Details From Receipt is Populating Incorrect Tax Code (Doc ID 2787637.1)

Goal

When Item details are defaulted from receipt, it populated incorrect tax code for one item.
When tried to change that tax code by editing the entry, 'ITEM TAX IS INVALID' error pops up on the screen.
