Inconsistent Behavior in the Display of Crew Status Times on Event Details

Symptoms
On NMS version 2.4.0.1, Event Details
Both the Work Agenda Reading Pane and the Event Details Crew Contact table, when a crew goes from assigned to enroute, the Assigned Date column value blanks out. But when you go from enroute to onsite, the EnRoute date column remains populated.
Expected behavior is that the all time values keep displaying
