Symptoms
Oracle Healthcare Translational Research version 3.4 and later
When customer is attempting to export Clinical Data (Test or Observation), the following error occurs.
ERROR

Could not initialize class org.apache.poi.xssf.model.SharedStrings table
The File was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export Clinical Data > Export All > OK
2. Error occurred.
When customer is attempting to export Clinical Data (Test or Observation), the following error occurs.
