System Error/Server Error while Creating Payment Event
Customer have observed System Error/Server Error while Creating Payment Event in CC&B 2.8

The server has encountered a problem.Your request can not be processed Please try again.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Customer Account
2.Try to add the payment event with payment amount and amount tendered to 100
3.Click on OK button,it will populate system error
