Error 'This page isn't working' When Attempting to Access the Team Member Login Page

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to access the Team Member login page, the following error occurs.
The page is not working. <P6 EPPM server name> is currently unable to handle the request.
After restarting the Team Member managed server in the WebLogic Administration Console, the following error message is found in the TeamMember.log file:
Servlet failed with an Exception
The following error is also found in the p6tmweb.log file:
SEVERE: Could not initialize the BRE on startup java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No enum constant com.primavera.tm.usersession.to.AuthenticationMode.INVALID_DB at java.lang.Enum.valueOf(Enum.java:238)
