When Using Customize Email: An Alert Pops Up With An Error Code When Clicking on Send or Submit for a Business Process Record

Symptoms
On Unifier : Any Version that supports Customize Email (starting with version 20.7)
When Customize Email is configured:
Expected Result
When clicking on Submit for a non-workflow type Business Process (BP) record the data should be saved without incident, and when clicking on Send for a workflow type BP record the record should be sent to the next step in the workflow without incident.
Actual Result
An Alert pops up that reads something similar with the following, with the first part of the Error Code being the company Short Name and the second part being dynamic:
Error Code: BINKA-71263T58D
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code BINKA-71263T58D.
In using the Error Code to search the Unifier log files, something similar will be found:
