BRM Is Assigning Same Package_ID For All The Deals In An Account (Doc ID 2789959.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), version, Subscription Management

BRM is assigning the same PACKAGE_ID for all the deals in an account.

Here the user has created a service account with multiple services which have multiple deals and the "PIN_FLD_PACKAGE_ID" field is not passed in the input flist.

As the "PIN_FLD_PACKAGE_IDID" is the same for all products, they will not be able to cancel a specific set of deals.

BRM should assign a different package_id for each deal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Product P1 under service1
2. Create Product P2 under service2
3. Create an account by purchasing the above 2 products using "PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER" opcode via testnap
4. Check the PIN_FLD_PACKAGE_ID from the output flist to see if BRM is assigning the same Package_ID for both the deals.
