Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Network Management System - Version 2.5.0.1.0 to 2.5.0.1.0 [Release 2.5]
Oracle Network Management for Utilities - DMS - Version 2.5.0.1.0 to 2.5.0.1.0 [Release 2.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version

This is the description from configuration assistant for the default work queue rule.

Defines default work queue for a newly created event through device operation or DMS. When device in the Viewer that doesn't have a predicted outage at or downstream of it is opened a new real outage event is created. If this rule is configured with a default value then the new outage will be assigned with the default work queue. Use the short description for the work queue name, e.g., “TRE”, not "Tree"

The expectation is that this only sets this default work queue for device operations or DMS events as described. This has been setting the default work queue for all events from calls, create event, etc, and is actually overwriting work queues that should be set based on the trouble code.
