RatedEventFormatterObject Cache Is Not Getting Queried From CohQL Prompt (Doc ID 2790428.1)

RatedEventFormatterObject cache is not getting queried from CohQL prompt. 
The persistent cache RatedEventFormatterObject should be able to give the results. If not configured, it should be able to populate with just results, but it is giving error.

When configure RatedEventFormatter to persistent Database connection, and then on starting rateEventFormatter, it gives below error:
 
2021-06-14 16:44:04.113 HKT ERROR - - - - oracle.communication.brm.charging.ratedevent.formatter.RatedEventFormatterException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: ensureCache cannot find a mapping for cache RatedEventFormatterObject

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to CohQL prompt.
2. Give the command select * from RatedEventFormatterObject;
3. See error as "ensureCache cannot find a mapping for cache RatedEventFormatterObject"
