Currency Change After Account Creation (Doc ID 2790636.1)

As per Out Of The Box (OOB), currency change is not possible at account level after account creation.

Requirement is billing an account in different currency other than what was used during account creation.

If this requirement is feasible ,

1. At what point in time is it decided the account will be billed in which currency, can this decision be changed subsequently?

2. What should we do to achieve this customization?
