A strange data row (for year 2014 with negative remaining units) is generated in table resourceassignmentspread after summarize/publication.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The strange data row should not be generated.

1. Summarize and publish the specific Project.
2. Check table resourceassignmentspread and notice the strange data row.
