ECM 808: Excel Export from Transactions Tab Cannot Export More Than 1000 Entries. (Doc ID 2790999.1)

Symptoms

Customer wants to download more than 1000 entries from Backoffice Transactions grid under Transactions tab.

 

Steps :-

1. Login to ECM

2. Go to case search

3. Click on any available case and get into the case context

4. Navigate to the Transaction tab

5. From Back office Transaction grid -> Export
