Registration On A SIPS External Sip Proxy Server Fail Because Of TLS Version (Doc ID 2791272.1)

Symptoms

When trying to integrate an external SIPS proxy registrar with the LWPR, or without, the following issue is got:

Failed to send a message - in case LWPR is not used
503 Service Unavailable - in-case  LWPR is used

Although imported the client certificate of the external SIPs proxy registrar in the DemoIdentity and DemoTrust jks which are used by AdminServer and the engine, also imported it in the default JAVA cacerts store, but still they can't get past the registration phase.
