Unable to Download and Upload a File from Agile Web Client Using Public LBaaS URL (Doc ID 2791336.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Unable to download and upload a file from Web Client using Public LBaaS URL with status "In Progress" in File Uploader Manager window forever

Expected Behavior

Able to download and upload a file from Web Client using Public LBaaS URL

What is Working

File upload/download is working from Java Client using private LBaaS URL

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Configure public LBaaS for Agile Application Server and File Manager
  2. Log into Web Client using public LBaaS URL: https://<{public_LBaaS}.{domain_com}/Agile/PLMServlet, and open an object, and go to Attachment tab, and click Add
  3. File Upload Selector window pops up. Click Browse for files, and select the file to upload, and Upload
  4. File Upload Manager shows up. the status shows "In Progress" forever and never completes
  5. No error is seen in File Manager logs
