How to list expire rules?

As it is understood, store.expirerule files should not be manually created in the message store partition directories.
Instead, imexpire -i should be used to do that.
While that seems pointless for classic store, it is the only way for Cassandra store.

How can one list which users/folders have expire rules set on them?

And how can one see the contents of those rules?

It is assumed that if imexpire -i is used twice on the same folder, the second overwrites the first. Is that correct?
