Oracle Performance Analyzer - Version: 4.5 to 4.5.39
You get sporadic errors in the Sqlnet.log and Request Queue log when running 4.5 Performance Analyzer (PA) Allocations on the server after moving the Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA) installation from one server to another server. These errors only occur on the Server side local connections. Client-side connections do not get these errors.
The errors below are repeated over and over in the respective log files.
TNS-12206: TNS:received a TNS error during navigation

TNS-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
ns secondary err code: 12560

TNS-00515: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
nt secondary err code: 2
