Error generating Production keys for Bills, Adjustments, FT's

User have been trying to run the Production key gen jobs for Bills, Adjustments, and FT's (CIPVBILK, CIPVADJK and CIPVFTXK) respectively in "B" mode, it timed out and not progressing.

User tried instead generating keys for CI_FT using the newer generic key gen program com.splwg.base.domain.conversion.batch.AssignProductionKeysProcess, specifying "CI_FT" as the table name , but this immediately returned back a Java error.
