Demantra Simulation Engine Workflow is not Completing

Symptoms
On : 12.2.6.3 version, Engine,
When executing Start Simulation Engine workflow, the engine is started in Simulation mode. When executing Stop Simulation workflow, the Engine got Stopped. However the Start Simulation eEngine workflow turned into Red Color and work flow does not end normally.
The following error occurs in collaborator.log file:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Demantra Local Application
2. Go to Workflow Manager
3. Run a workflow that start engine in simulation mode.
4. After the engine starts in simulation mode, run an workflow that kills the simulation engine.
