ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payment Event Manual Distribution does not close pop up window
When the payment event's distribution action is Manual Distribution and the user clicks OK, the page creates the payment event but does not close the pop up window. This confuses the user. When the user clicks OK the second time, an error is shown for Account ID is missing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In CCB 2.4 and 2.7, the window is automatically closed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main - Financial - Payment Event - Add
2. Fill in the details and select Manual Distribution - click OK
3. Pop up does not close
