ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Issue on C1-CLSACCT - Autopay closure functionality

If account has more than one autopay details with different effective date...
Apay 1 - 01-01-2020 till 01312020
Apay2 - 01-01-2021
In this case, if we use that account closure algorithm C1-CLSACCT, it should end date the apay detail which is currently active (in the above example apay2). But system is trying to update both the apay with new end date.

In customer's environment, there is a custom validation to avoid overlapping autopay dates. Because of this algorithm users cannot close the account and they are getting below error.

"An account cannot have multiple auto-pay options effective at the same time. (Account %1)
Check that the account's auto-pay option's Start Dates and End Dates do not overlap."

Steps to replicate:

Create person, account, contract.

Create 2 autopay, eg 1st autopay has start date=01-01-2019 and end   date=01-01-2020, 2nd autopay has start date= 01-01-2020 and end date blank.

Set account closing date and save account.

Only 2nd autopay end date should be set which is not happening currently.

Algo C1-CLSACCT must be attached on division.
