Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When users receive Unifier email notifications, there is an issue related to the Unifier Login button.
The usernames are all coming from LDAP and are a full email address i.e.: username@company.com
When you click the "Unifier Login" button, this username is converted to username\x40company.com and the Unifier login window has the login username field in a read-only state.
It is not possible to correct the username, and trying to login with that username and correct password is unsuccessful.
Note: If user already has Unifier open, it bypasses the login and the record opens correctly.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When users click the the Unifier Login button, it should not convert the username to username\x40company.com
REPLICATION STEPS
- Create a new user
- Add the user as an assignee to a Business Process in the desired Workflow step
- Create a Business Process record and send it to the newly created user
- The user receives an email with a "Unifier Login" link
- Click on the link
- Result: On the "Sign in" page, the username shows as "username\x40company.com"
