Sequence Number for Nullification Report Is Incorrect When License # is Not Populated (Doc ID 2792182.1)

Symptoms

Nullification Report is scheduled with an Incorrect Follow Up # when the configured Product does not contain License# within Argus Console.

Steps
-Create New Case using configured Product without a License  #


-Create an Initial E2B Report
-Add Sig F/U
-Create a F/U#1 report
-Reports--> Compliance--> Submitted
 Selected F/U#1--> Schedule Nullification
 Nullification report is scheduled successfully
-Open Case
 F/U#1 is shown as Nullification



Expected Behavior
Nullification Report should reflect as F/U#2
