TBML Database Utilities Not Working (Doc ID 2792288.1)

Symptoms

Version: 807

Script path: $FIC_HOME/database/db_tools/bin

Oracle Client version: 19.3

Installer/patch: Patch 29008100: OFS TBAML APPLICATION PACK V8.0.0.0.0 MINOR RELEASE #7 (8.0.7.0.0) 

After applying the TBAML patch on production, Utilities including end and start mantas batch are failing with the below msg.

$ ./start_mantas_batch.sh DLY
[FATAL] 2021-07-19 13:00:43.058 [main] BATCH_CONTROL - BATCH_CONTROL - Message 265001: Error - oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
[FATAL] 2021-07-19 13:00:43.108 [main] BATCH_CONTROL - BATCH_CONTROL - Message 265012: Error occurred during Execution. Please check the log for details.
