Online bill request with Backflow shows an incorrect Item Start Date on the Bill Segment Item
Online bill request with Backflow shows an incorrect Item Start Date on the Bill Segment Item when the Item start is included in the usage period. When navigating to Bill Segment's Items tab; it was observed a start date of 3/16/2021; expected date is 3/15/2021 which would align to the SA/SP start date of 3/15/2021 Usage Transaction and Usage Request data look correct where item details are 3/15/2021. Issue seems to be related to the Usage Request passing data back to the Bill Segment.
Steps to recreate the issue:
1. Add a Backflow Item to a Backflow Multi-Item Service Point
2. Add the Backflow Multi-Item Service Point to the Service Agreement
3. Generate Bill Segment – the start date of the Backflow Item should be in the Usage Period (If the start date of the Item on the SP is 3/15, the usage period should include the 3/15 date: i.e. Usage Start 3/1 to Usage End 3/30)
4. Check the Item tab of the Bill Segment, the Start Date is incorrect
