Case ID is locked even though other user has exited (Doc ID 2792300.1)

Symptoms

In 804 version, Case ID is locked even though other user has exited from the case for 30 min’s.

Steps to reproduce:

Working on one case 

assigned that case to other user

goes back to case list page.

opens another case, performs another action.

In this case lock on previous case should be released as soon as comes out of it.

This is not happening. Lock stays for long time.
