Symptoms

Customer implemented Multischema on same VM with different Operating System (OS) user. Able to create Account on the secondary schema. In Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) purchased_product_t table, able to see the purchased product. But unable to fetch purchased products in the subscription section of Billing Care (BC) for accounts in secondary schema.
