Goal

In Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC), there is an ANS.1 cartridge and it can be seen that this format is supported. Is there a way that OCOMC could be used for TAP IN processing to just decode the Transferred Account Procedures TAP file and with help of other cartridges such as Enhancement Processor (EP), transform the files and forward them to Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) for rating?

Is this possible or only standard approach can be applied by using Roaming TAP manager - pipelines?
