To Do creation should allow for selection of Meter SP ID vs. Multi Item SP ID
We have service agreements with multiple service points associated with them; the meter service point and other auxiliary service points such as a backflow preventer device. When the TD-BSERR job creates a to do entry, it uses the first service point it finds. While technically correct, the to do should really be connected to the meter service point.
