ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Algorithm Type X1-UTTRANSD fails during billing an account when creating bill segment.

When trying to generate a bill for an account with usage within C2M the system is throwing the following error:

UsageTranOutboundMesg/sendDetails/summaryUsagePeriods/summaryUsagePeriodsList/SQs/SQsList has no such node named intervals of type group.

It seems the error is ocurring because the java class is expecting for a node to be a group and it is actually raw.

This is all base code.
