Customer Contact Creation Issue

Customer are using Out of the Box Algorithm Type SAAT-CC at SA Type SA Activation Spot. Customer have all 3 entity usage as Required i.e. Premise, Persona and Account for Customer Contact Type START. But customer have observed that, when customer contact Type is enabled with Premise Entity, Customer Contact is not getting created by the Algorithm at SA Type SA Activation support and throws the error attached. If the Premise Usage is kept as optional, Customer contact is created and SA being activated. We have observed this issue in both Manual SA Activation as well as SA Activation Batch.

Text: Premise ID is required for Customer Contact Type START.
Description: Premise ID is required if the Premise Usage flag for the Contact Type is specified as Required.
