Symptoms


There are 2 points which has to be addressed in the Elastic Charging Engine OOTB code:

1) ECE code issue: string conversion - CPU expensive - has to be corrected by Oracle Engineering
2) ECE code issue: CoherenceTemplateImpl for which the getCache logic always seems to be present - it has to be investigated  likely the cache should be retreived only once - during initialization
