AutoVue is Not Working On An OKTA Access Gateway With An Apache Reverse Proxy (Doc ID 2793477.1)

AutoVue is not working on an Apache reverse proxy.
Users are using a reversed proxy server and are unable to view files attachments with AutoVue. AutoVue launches and the menus appear, but the file is not streamed to the browser and just says "loading"

Expected behaviour
AutoVue should display file attachments when the user access Agile via the revers proxy server

What is working
When the Web Server is not in picture AutoVue works as expected.


  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Open an object with a file attachment
  3. View the file attachment with AutoVue


Added a new Distributed File Manager (DFM) which can only be accessed by suppliers.
